PHDream 8 Terms and Conditions — What You Need to Know Before You Play

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings defined below. Understanding these definitions will help you navigate the rest of this document clearly.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing PHDream 8, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which form part of the binding agreement between you and PHDream 8.

These terms apply to all players regardless of how they access the platform — through desktop browsers, mobile web, or any other access method. The version of these Terms and Conditions published on this page at any given time is the current binding version. PHDream 8 recommends bookmarking this page and reviewing it periodically.

3. Account Registration

Each player may hold only one account on PHDream 8. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally or unintentionally — are prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any bonuses claimed across them.

3.1 Registration Requirements

When registering a PHDream 8 account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must update it promptly if it changes.

3.2 Account Security

3.3 KYC Verification

PHDream 8 is required by law and PAGCOR regulation to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawal requests. You may be asked to submit a government-issued photo ID (UMID, Passport, PhilSys ID, Driver's Licence), proof of address, and proof of payment method. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold until verification is satisfied.

4. Eligibility

Access to PHDream 8 is restricted to players who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration — this is the minimum legal age for online gaming in the Philippines.

5. Deposits and Payments

All transactions on PHDream 8 are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). PHDream 8 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay/PESONet bank transfers, BDO/BPI/UnionBank online banking, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards.

5.1 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit on PHDream 8 is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account level. Specific limits are displayed during the deposit process in your account dashboard. PHDream 8 may, at its discretion, impose additional limits based on regulatory requirements or player history.

5.2 Funds Ownership

You may only deposit funds into your PHDream 8 account from a payment method that belongs to you. Depositing funds on behalf of another person or using payment methods in someone else's name is strictly prohibited and may constitute fraud. PHDream 8 reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership at any time.

5.3 Declined Transactions

PHDream 8 is not responsible for fees or delays arising from declined transactions processed by your bank or payment provider. If a deposit does not credit to your account within 30 minutes, contact support at support@phdream8.click with your transaction reference number.

6. Withdrawals

PHDream 8 aims to process all approved withdrawal requests within 5 minutes for verified accounts using GCash or Maya. Processing times for bank transfers may extend to 1 hour. PHDream 8 does not charge internal withdrawal fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

6.1 Withdrawal Requirements

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ₱100
• Your account must be KYC-verified before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically feasible.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing funds that include bonus money.

6.2 Withdrawal Verification

PHDream 8 may request additional verification documents before processing large withdrawal requests or in cases where our fraud prevention systems flag an account for review. This is standard procedure required by PAGCOR regulations and does not imply wrongdoing on the part of the player. PHDream 8 will communicate the specific documents required within 24 hours of placing a withdrawal on hold.

6.3 Reversal of Withdrawals

Once a withdrawal request has been approved and dispatched by PHDream 8, it cannot be reversed. 7.3 Bonus Abuse

PHDream 8 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings if it determines that a player is engaging in bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using low-risk betting patterns specifically designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, or coordinating with other players to exploit bonus structures. PHDream 8's determination of bonus abuse is final.

8. Gaming Rules

PHDream 8 offers a range of games including online casino (slots, live dealer tables, table games), sports betting (basketball, MMA, football), Sabong (live cockfighting streaming), Tongits (real-money card tables), and Roulette. Each category has specific game rules that govern play. By participating in any game, you accept those game-specific rules in addition to these general Terms and Conditions.

8.1 System Malfunctions

In the event of a technical error, software malfunction, or communication failure that results in an incorrect game outcome, PHDream 8 reserves the right to void the affected round and return stakes to players. This applies to casino games, sports betting results, Sabong fight outcomes relayed with technical errors, and Tongits table sessions interrupted by platform failures. PHDream 8 is not liable for losses caused by player-side connectivity issues.

8.2 Bets in Sports Betting

All sports betting markets on PHDream 8 are settled according to official results from the governing body of the sport concerned. In-play bets placed after an event has already concluded due to a data delay do not constitute a valid bet and will be voided. PHDream 8 uses commercially reasonable efforts to ensure odds accuracy but reserves the right to correct palpable errors in listed odds before or after bet placement.

8.3 Sabong-Specific Rules

All Sabong fights streamed on PHDream 8 are conducted at PAGCOR-licensed cockpits. PHDream 8 is a betting facilitator only and does not control fight outcomes. Results are determined by arena officials. In cases of a void fight (no contest, injury stoppage before outcome), all bets on that fight will be refunded in full to participating accounts.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on PHDream 8 and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant Philippine authorities:

• Creating more than one account, whether under the same or different personal information.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the platform in a way not available to regular players.
• Colluding with other players in any PHDream 8 game to gain an unfair advantage — including but not limited to sharing cards in Tongits or coordinating Sabong bets to manipulate pool odds.
• Attempting to launder money through the platform or depositing funds from sources connected to illegal activity.
• Engaging in chargebacks or reversing deposits through your bank or payment provider after using those funds for gaming activity.
• Accessing PHDream 8 from a jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited, using VPN or proxy services to circumvent geo-restrictions.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors — any player who discovers a bug must report it immediately to support@phdream8.click. Exploitation of bugs is treated as fraud.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing PHDream 8 staff or other players via any communication channel on the platform.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

PHDream 8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its discretion. Reasons for account action include but are not limited to: violation of these Terms and Conditions, failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe, suspicious betting patterns that suggest fraud or bonus abuse, or regulatory direction from PAGCOR.

10.1 Voluntary Account Closure

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support@phdream8.click. Before closure, all pending withdrawals must be processed and all wagering requirements attached to active bonuses will be voided. Any remaining verified real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method.

10.2 Appeals Process

If your PHDream 8 account is suspended and you believe this was done in error, you may submit a written appeal to support@phdream8.click within 30 days of notification. PHDream 8 will review all submitted evidence and respond within 14 business days. During the review period, the account restriction remains in place.

11. Responsible Gaming

13. Limitation of Liability

PHDream 8 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, PHDream 8 excludes all warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's fitness for purpose, merchantability, or uninterrupted availability.

PHDream 8's total aggregate liability to any player, arising out of or in connection with their use of the platform — whether based on contract, tort, or any other legal theory — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their PHDream 8 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

PHDream 8 is not liable for:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from platform downtime, server errors, or connectivity issues on the player's side.
• Delays in payment processing caused by GCash, Maya, or any third-party payment provider.
• Decisions made by players under the influence of substances or in circumstances where they are not in full control of their actions.
• Third-party content or advertisements that may be displayed on or alongside the PHDream 8 platform.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. PHDream 8 operates under a valid licence issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

In the event of any dispute between a player and PHDream 8, we encourage you to first contact our support team at support@phdream8.click, as the majority of concerns can be resolved promptly through direct communication. If the dispute cannot be resolved through support, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through their official player complaint channels.

Any legal proceedings arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

15. Amendments to These Terms

PHDream 8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, PHDream 8 will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account at least 7 days before the changes take effect. For minor clarifications that do not affect player rights, changes may take effect immediately upon publication.

Your continued use of PHDream 8 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not accept the amended terms, your only remedy is to close your account and withdraw your balance before the effective date.
